Idomsoft and its ancestor Idom 2000 Kft. have been developing IT-systems for different public utility purposes since 2001. The company’s ongoing nationalization serves the purpose of safer citizen data processing but brings up some serious questions. Our article has shown that the company’s inquiry and following nationalization went much faster than usually. We also found out that Iván Vetési, leader of the procurer Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services has indirect links to Idomsoft.
