Municipality of Budapest banned charity event for the homeless
0
The Public Space Utilization Committee of the Budapest General Assembly decided (pdf, Hungarian) to ban a charity event because of “reasons concerning transportation”. The event was organized by private persons for St. Martin’s Day (11th of November); they planned to distribute food and clothing to homeless people but for the second year in a row the Committee stopped the plans of holding the event.
