Alcsut Arboretum operated by Viktor Orban’s soccer foundation and hotel

The Sport and Wellness Hotel, named after Ferenc Puskás and ran by Viktor Orban’s foundation, owner of the highly supported Ferenc Puskás Football Academy in Felcsút, is permitted to operate the state owned arboretum located in Alcsútdoboz. The former park of Archduke Joseph is the property of Duna-Ipoly National Park, which spent 200 million HUF state and EU funds to renovate the 40 ha site in the last two years. The arboretum is now operated by the hotel located right next to the territory under natural reserves and having art relics. Conservation works have been done by Duna Aszfalt Kft, a highly favoured firm of state subcontracts and loans. Full Article (HU)
