Roma residents of Tura report Police misconduct

Dozens of police officers are on patrol in Tura, Pest County since a policeman was brutally attacked while taking steps against a robbery suspect. According to local roma residents Police patrols are harassing children, pregnant women but not taking further actions against well-known and wanted suspects of different crimes. While details of the attack against the officer are doubted, locals say the whole Roma community is currently being treated as criminal, Roma Media Center reported.
