State-owned energy company released unpublished documents

One year after we took legal actions to obtain formerly unpublished inside reports and memos of state-owned energy company MVM (Magyar Villamos Művek) Zrt from the 2007-2008 period, Budapest Tribunal just decided in our favour. According to the non-appeable decree the rejected documents are not against MVM’s trade secrets as they claimed but in public interest in case of alleged corruption at the company. MVM finally handed over the documents to us, and we published them.
