Contracts seen by Atlatszo show that the publicly funded Danube Institute's activities may be in violation of US law that regulate foreign lobbies.

While Hungary fears foreign interference and has passed a law to protect its sovereignty, the Orbán government is building a political network in the United States using Hungarian taxpayers' money.
