In a sudden turn of events, an invasive species of jellyfish appeared in the Danube River in June and July just below Paks, in the Fadd-Dombori oxbow lake.

Experts say the environmental permit should be reviewed or withdrawn due to significant changes in conditions. The authority does not seem to care.
