Altatszo.hu’s innovative KiMitTud system has received a €10,000 recognition in the form of the Austrian Sozial Marie award. KiMitTud was developed with the aim of providing an easy-to-navigate channel through which anyone can apply to the government or its institutions to release information or documentation that pertain to how the taxpayer’s money is spent. The platform is simple and easy to use, and has also been the key tool in many of our own investigations.
The Sozial Marie award was granted in recognition of KiMitTud’s innovative nature as well as its social impact.
