So far Atlatszo.hu has paid almost 275 000 HUF to the property management company of District V. in Budapest where the mayor is Antal Rogán. We would like to release all the documents and contracts connected to a construction firm named Szirt Ltd. If you think that this and similar cases are worth the time, money and effort we dedicate to them then support our activities with your donation.

Atlatszo.hu has been waiting for more than a year to receive all documents and contracts of Szirt Ltd., a very successful construction company in District V. But Belváros-Lipótváros Property Management Zrt. (Budapest-Lipótváros Vagyonkezelő Zrt., BLV) refused to fulfill our FOIA request and charged us more than 1 million HUF for copying the documents. We found the rates unreasonable and took the case to the court of first instance which ruled in our favour. BLV filed an unsuccessful appeal, meanwhile Atlatszo.hu had to pay almost 275 000 HUF for copying the documents. Now we are waiting for the 30 000 pages of documents related to Szirt Ltd.; if we receive them, we will publish them.

Atlatszo.hu is a transparent project, we do not accept support from governments, political parties and private companies with unrevealed stakeholders.
