Billion HUF fraud based on Kofi Annan’s signature

Barna Kása, main character of a criminal case before the Kecskemét court promised to his hopefully lenders 50% outputs for lending money for his fictional charity football club. Kása and his group of three were referring to governmental and UN grants to convince their victims. Their five-year long carrier was based upon some copied letters of recommendation which they claimed be their own. One of this letters was signed by Kofi Annan former Secretary-General of the United Nations. We asked UNHCR’s office in Budapest and as it turned out, Kása abused the name of African Star football club, an existing team for refugees founded by the Mahatma Gandhi Organisation. The accused fraud was also canvassing in the name of the non-existing Humanity FC.
